Our Sea Lake Operations in north-west Victoria are currently seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to join our dynamic team. Sea Lake is a town in the Mallee district of north-west Victoria and is situated along the southern shores of the beautiful Lake Tyrell. The town is located 351kms north-west of Melbourne, and 70kms west of Swan Hill, in the heart of Australia's wheat belt and part of the beautiful silo trail.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Coordinator and key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise the shift performance & conduct of team members to ensure consistent achievement of performance measures.
* Responsible for the completion of required shift data records including date and time logs, incident reporting, monitoring, and updating of performance metrics, including daily database, AX accuracy, and monthly tonnes.
* Maintains labour levels to meet production requirements.
* Production planning including managing raw materials to meet requirements.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process if breakdown occurs.
* Provide leadership and direction through effective communication by conducting daily stand-up and toolbox meetings, participate in employee performance appraisals and ensure HSE and Quality standards and procedures are maintained for the shift.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
* Operation and understanding of plant and equipment.
* Meet daily and monthly production targets.
* Positively lead your team to meet set outcomes
About you
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
* Higher school certificate or equivalent
* Supervisory Training
* Senior First Aid with LV Rescue
* High Risk Forklift licence
* Trade qualification well regarded
* Fire Warden
