As a Strategic Procurement Expert, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle, working closely with our Sales Directors and prospective clients.
This is a high-visibility role that requires a unique blend of procurement domain expertise, solution design, and presentation excellence.
The Role:
* Partner with Sales Directors to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, tailored to client requirements.
* Lead discovery sessions with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to uncover pain points and business objectives.
* Translate customer needs into solution-driven proposals that highlight business value and ROI.
* Manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Source-to-Pay processes, procurement digital transformation, and best practices.
* Build trusted relationships with prospective clients, positioning us as a strategic partner.
* Collaborate with Product Management to provide market feedback and influence roadmap direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years in Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales roles within SaaS, ideally in the Procurement / S2P / P2P / Spend Management domain.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, and invoicing automation.
* Background: Previous experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
* Skills: Strong storytelling, presentation, and demo skills with the ability to engage senior executives (CPO, CFO, CIO).
* Mindset: Consultative, customer-centric, and driven to help enterprises achieve procurement excellence.
