We are seeking a skilled Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new and existing members, providing product information, and assisting them in selecting the right cover.
The role involves:
* Engaging with new and existing members via inbound and outbound campaigns
* Responding to inbound enquiries from prospective members
* Conducting outbound retention calls to engage existing members
* Introducing new members to our products and guiding them through the onboarding process
* Participating in targeted outbound sales campaigns
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a self-directed approach to work, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
About You
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and can effectively explain complex information in an empathetic and authentic manner. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, but full training will be provided in our customer relationship management software.
