Key Responsibilities
* Supervise caseworkers servicing South Australian communities and develop strategic relationships for coordinated service delivery.
* Supervise Intake and Assessment Officers responding to urgent requests for support and collaborate with the Northern Territory/Western Australia Team Leader.
* Participate in the broader management of the Domestic Family Violence Service via the leadership team.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed complex case management in domestic violence contexts.
* Understanding of holistic and relational approaches to service delivery in Aboriginal Australian cultural contexts.
* Experience working cross-culturally and applying cultural safety principles in human service delivery.
* Ability to apply strengths-based management and leadership approaches.
* Group facilitation experience, including case conferences and stakeholder groups.
* Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development or related studies.
