Federal government agency seeks Recruitment Officer in a temporary capacity for 12 months
Your new role
This role will plan for and ensure the recruitment of staff is sufficient to organisation needs.
The incumbent will liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice to stakeholders regarding recruitment related queries.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to support the recruitment processes through an e-recruit platform.
- Identifying process issues and contributing to the resolution.
- Providing administrative support to the wider Recruitment team.
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources; Business; Management or a related business discipline would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources administration or recruitment role with a sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices.

This role offers you an attractive hourly rate of $42.54 plus super, full time hours and an initial 12-month placement with the possibility of an extension.
