The Employment Broker will primarily facilitate the placement of willing job seekers into long term sustainable employment opportunities. This role will involve facilitating job clubs, conducting job preparedness sessions and reverse marketing (cold and warm leads) to support job seekers in securing positions. This role will be working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis based at our Rockingham Site.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
About the Role:
* Perform comprehensive Reverse Marketing of willing job seekers (approx. 20 at a time) to local businesses
1. Generate opportunities for job seekers through BDM (i.e. generate placements, interviews and vacancies with local businesses)
2. Through generating vacancies for job seekers, ensure the suitable roles are passed through to our Recruitment Administrator or Regional
