What You'll Be Doing
As part of the workshop team, your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
* Servicing and repairing a range of forklifts of various sizes and models
* Assisting with repairs and maintenance of units in the workshop
* Supporting other workshop technicians as required
* Carrying out preventative maintenance (PM) servicing on forklifts under the guidance of a Level 3 technician or above
* Ensuring tools are properly maintained and cared for
* Delivering high-quality customer service and clear communication
* Completing other ad hoc duties as required

Physical & Functional Requirements
This is a physically active role. You will need to be able to:
* Lift equipment weighing up to 20kg
* Remove and fit components weighing up to approximately 70kg
* Climb, squat, stretch, and work in confined positions on forklift trucks
* Lift and pour fluids from containers ranging from 1kg to 25kg
* Remove and replace heavy hydraulic rams
