As an Analyst within our Regional and Agribusiness you will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving our goal of being number one in client satisfaction.
Your role will specifically involve.
* Financial modelling and analysis relating to business banking clients.
* Prepare credit submissions for new facilities, and coordination of deal execution through documentation to funding.
* Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external key networks.
* Structure and articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating key risks.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in all dealings, as reflected in a positive lift in various survey results
What are we looking for?
We are a high performing; customer centric team and we are looking for motivated individual with experience ideally in banking/finance would be ideal your natural self-driving, collaborative and highly adaptable persona is just as important. In this team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of interesting clients and work with some of the most skilled bankers.
Key Capabilities And Experience We're Looking For Are.
* Experience working within the farming community with powerful desire to learn how to originate and fulfil business banking transactions.
* Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders.
* Have client service experience ideally in a commercial or business customer environment but not mandatory.
* Strong commercial acumen with financial analysis and modelling experience being highly advantageous, as would a tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce.
