**About the role**
Leisure Services Officers work across several key areas, including:
- **Aquatics**: Swim Teaching, Lifeguarding, and maintaining a secure pool environment.
- **Customer Service**: Reception duties, managing memberships, event ticketing, and promoting our services and programs.
- **Programs & Events**: Assisting with event setup, hosting parties, and ensuring smooth operation of activities.
- **Fitness & Coaching**: Coaching, refereeing, providing gym instruction, and engaging with members on the gym floor.

**About you**
- A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications for that area (e.g. Working with Children’s Check, First Aid, Pool Lifeguard, Certificate III/IV in Fitness).

- Norlane Aquatic Recreation Centre
- Leisuretime Sports Precinct
- Barwon Valley Activity Centre
