Description
12D Civil Designer opportunity in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast! The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, Transport Main Roads, or private developers.

The role
* Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land, subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
* Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
* Interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
* Interacting with clients regarding project needs
About you
* Demonstrated Civil Designer experience in projects that include land, urban and subdivisions
* Relevant qualifications
* Demonstrated experience using 12D software
* Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
