Procurement Coordinator 6‐month contract | 3 days/week | Fully Remote
The Company
Our client integratedliving, is a purpose‐driven community health and aged care provider supporting people to live well and independently. The procurement function is evolving at pace to meet growing demand, lift governance, and build resilient supplier panels across regional Australia. You'll join a genuinely warm, collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and practical problem‐solving in a fast‐moving environment.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to bridge the skills gap between tender administration and category management. You'll lead end‐to‐end sourcing, build regional supplier panels, and drive multiple parallel tenders — with a strong focus on IT over the next six months, alongside property & facilities and healthcare services categories. This is a hands‐on, outcomes‐driven role where you'll "hit the ground running" and make visible impact quickly.
What You'll Do
You will plan and deliver sourcing activities from early market analysis through to contract award and onboarding. You'll map supplier markets across Australia (including regional TAS locations), identify and invite capable providers, lead evaluations with stakeholders, and negotiate commercial terms and performance measures. You'll establish multiple supplier panels per region to eliminate single points of failure, strengthen value, and improve service continuity. You'll also lean into data and analytics (ideally Power BI) to build simple dashboards and insights, and you'll work alongside IT as the business implements a CLM/CRM and formal contract register, drawing data from TechnologyOne and TRAX in the interim.
Success Looks Like
In the first three months, you'll have led several tenders to completion and stood up a good handful of supplier panels across priority regions and categories. By six months, you'll have helped formalise IT category plans, progressed additional panels, and embedded pragmatic sourcing rhythms and commercial controls that the team can scale.
Your Experience
You bring 5+ years across procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial roles, with demonstrated end‐to‐end sourcing across IT and at least one of property & facilities or healthcare services. You are confident facilitating evaluations with stakeholders, can independently run RFX processes, and negotiate core commercial clauses — e.g., force majeure, professional indemnity, termination, and performance/KPIs. You're analytical, comfortable creating simple dashboards, and you can thrive without a dedicated eProcurement platform by leveraging TechnologyOne and TRAX. Panel establishment experience and developing templates/process content are advantageous.
Your Style
You're a proactive, outgoing "go‐getter" who can work autonomously and still "stay in lane." You communicate clearly, influence with credibility, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders. You handle change with composure, bring solutions (not just problems), and take genuine pride in building reliable supplier options for regional teams and clients.
Qualifications & Tools
Formal qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields are well‐regarded. CIPS accreditation (e.g., MCIPS or working towards) is desirable but not essential. Experience with TechnologyOne and TRAX will help you ramp faster; Power BI experience is highly desirable for simple dashboards and reporting.
The Offer
This is a 6‐month FTE, fully remote work across the East Coast and integratedliving's regional service areas (including TAS). The role is offering$36.48 per hour + super. While the position is approved at three days per week, occasional flexibility may be considered subject to business approval. There is potential for future permanent opportunities as the function grows.
Pre‐Employment
Shortlisted candidates will complete a health declaration and confidentiality agreement, and the preferred candidate will require a National Police Check and Aged Care Statutory Declaration (managed via Zipline). You must have current work rights in Australia.
