Fast-Growing Plumbing Business

BJB Plumbing & Gasfitting are a rapidly expanding plumbing company with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Manager to take ownership of our office operations and support the business as it scales.

About the Role

As Administration Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll manage day-to-day administrative functions, support the management team, and help improve systems and processes to match our growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily office and administrative operations
* Manage scheduling, job coordination, and workflow support
* Supervise and support administrative staff
* Handle invoicing, billing, and basic financial administration
* Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors professionally
* Implement and improve administrative processes and procedures
* Support compliance, reporting, and general business operations

About You

* Proven experience in an administration management or senior admin role
* Minimum of 1-2 years of administration management or senior administrative experience is required
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Solutions-focused and proactive in preventing issues
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Confident using office systems, job management software, and accounting tools
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience in trades, construction, or plumbing industry (highly regarded)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
