Budget Car and Truck Rental is seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our Hunter Valley Team due to an increase in business and expansion of our network. To be successful in this position you will need to be:
* Experienced in customer service/sales either on the phone and or face to face.
* Have a strong drive to sell (up-sell, cross sell).
* Be able to time manage in a busy, fast passed environment.
* Good communicator.
* Attention to detail.
* Work 9 day rotating roster (rotating every second weekend)
* Current unrestricted driver licence.
* Work well in a team environment.
Previous experience within the Car Rental industry as well as a solid knowledge of commercial vehicles will be looked on favourably. We offer full training, uniform and a great incentive scheme to the right applicant.
