* Prepare and oversee the drafting of accurate and professional correspondence for political entities and associated scheme participants, ensuring clarity and promoting awareness of obligations.
* Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to junior staff. You will build team capability and capacity to navigate change to systems and processes while supporting performance and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

* Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information and provide concise, accurate and well-reasoned advice that supports compliance and decision making.
* The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and timelines and contribute to the strategic direction of the AEC. You will demonstrate professionalism, integrity and agility.
* The ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and approach issues with sound judgement.
