Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Control Manager located in Maadi, QLD. The Projects Control Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and control to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Projects Control Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.
QualificationsStrong skills in Project Leadership and team managementExperience with Project Management and Project Control frameworks and methodologiesProficiency in Planning and scheduling to meet project goals and deadlinesAbility to manage and coordinate diverse Project ManagersExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively on-site and in cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProficiency in project management tools and softwareExperience in the engineering and construction industry is preferred
