The role of Media Coordinator is a dynamic position within the Scheduling Operations team, responsible for preparing and finalising daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the contents of commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast.
* Confirm that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations.
* Creation and maintenance of programming information prior to broadcast.
* Operate in liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.
About You:
* Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong initiative, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to collaborate with team members and build effective business relationships.
* Problem solver, organised and meticulous in work with ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Previous experience with IBMS Content and IBMS Sales or similar broadcast scheduling systems.
* Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
* Attention to detail and analytical nature.
