Waverley One sits in the established and highly sought-after suburb of Wantirna South. Offering a perfect balance between peaceful green surroundings and easy access to everything you need, this is a community designed for modern family living. The masterplan allows for circa 350 townhomes, a neighbourhood centre and local neighbourhood park running through the spine of the community.

We will build a brand-new onsite sales office and you will be working with a high volume of leads and powerful marketing support. If you thrive on autonomy, high performance, and building meaningful client relationships, this is the opportunity for you to shine.

Based at our onsite sales office, you will autonomously manage the sales of this highly sought townhomes projects in the South East.

Key responsibilities

* Manage the entire residential townhomes sales process from enquiry to settlement
* Convert high volumes of leads into successful sales
* Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
* Use Salesforce CRM to track, nurture and follow up leads
* Provide competitor and market intelligence to support strategy
* Collaborate with consultants (legal, planning, marketing) to ensure smooth contracts and settlements
* Represent the company brand with professionalism and pride at all times
* This is a full-time role requiring weekend work

What You Bring

* An excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
* Have extensive experience in off the plan Town homes sales, specifically large project sales experience will be highly regarded.
* Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and enthusiastic about working independently.
* A natural relationship builder who loves closing deals and is resilient and experienced in high-volume residential property sales.
* Are motivated by numbers, relationships, and results.
* Are looking to grow with a business long-term, including potential future support if growth warrants it.
* Holder of an Agent's Representative Certificate (essential).
* Hold a valid driver's license and own car.
* Comfortable with weekend work and peak period workloads.
* Want to be part of something big and the reason it sells out.
