Your Purpose
Annalect is building creative solutions around data, technology and analytics to help our clients navigate the increasingly complicated and fast-changing world of media.
Your Role
As our Account Director, you will coordinate and represent the Annalect offering to our agency partners and clients in Melbourne, ensuring smooth delivery of Annalect projects. You will work with mentoring and support from the Head of Customer Success and bring to market leading solutions powered by talent across Business Intelligence, Data and Tech consulting, and Marketing Science. You will report to the National Head of Customer Success and work with clients in Melbourne.
Your Responsibilities
* Represent the Annalect services offering in Melbourne
* Grow the business profitably by acquiring new clients and collaborating with the Head of Customer Success and GM of Growth to maximise profitable business growth
* Develop tailored and integrated Annalect solutions for clients
* Identify business opportunities and challenges; leverage synergies across functions and businesses
* Simplify complexity of solutions through a compelling narrative for partners and clients at different levels of expertise
Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven and digital marketing activities and solutions, as well as media technology and the MarTech/AdTech landscape.
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a media or technology agency
* Proven track record of achieving targets within challenging sales environments
* Strong project management experience, managing stakeholders nationally
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
