 
        
        Sales Performance Manager
We assist property developers and senior living operators to enhance their sales capabilities.
Our role is to recruit, train and support sales teams, building long-term capability while delivering short-term results.
You’ll coach, train and empower teams to achieve their goals, working with developers across Australia.
This role is a mix of advisory and hands-on work, requiring travel and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Partner directly with developer clients to strengthen their sales function
 * Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to developer-employed sales agents
 * Help recruit, onboard and stabilise new sales talent when teams face gaps
 * Monitor pipelines, velocity and performance, supported by our Sales Enablement team
 * Implement sales strategies and frameworks designed by our Head of Sales Advisory
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in both residential and seniors living property sales (mandatory)
 * Confidence in coaching and developing salespeople to perform at their best
 * Able to balance advisory influence with hands-on support in the field
 * Sharp commercial thinking and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to thrive in a consultancy that challenges conventional wisdom
