This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of marketing functions - supporting bothday-to-day content and campaign delivery as well asnew product development in a fast-growing and design-driven business. This is a part-time role of 25-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and the website.
2. Manage organic social media scheduling, posting, engagement, and reporting.
3. Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key gifting campaigns.
4. Maintain and update website content, including product listings, images, and SEO descriptions.
5. Assist with executing marketing plans and contribute creative ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
6. New product development. Support the Marketing Manager with the development of new products from idea generation through to launch. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (sales, operations) to support the successful and timely delivery of new products to market. Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches.
7. Track and report on marketing performance metrics across digital channels.
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing coordinator/specialist or similar role.
* Strong creative skills to capture content for social media
* Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills
* Strong skills in graphic design and content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, Canva, or similar tools).
* Experience with website content management systems (e.g., Later, Shopify ).
* Proficient with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience participating in new product development projects within the food, beverage, homewares or fashion industries.
* Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This position is for a12-month maternity leave contract, with thepotential for ongoing employment within our rapidly growing business.
