Senior Beauty / Dermal / Skin Therapist & Brow Artist

Position: Part‐time, Casual, or Full‐time, depending on the right candidate.
Pay: $29–$45 per hour (based on experience) plus a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities
* Deliver elevated client experiences and exceptional results through dermal therapy, laser treatments, and brow artistry.
* Conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, and provide personalized skin and brow solutions.
* Perform advanced skin care procedures, laser treatments, precise brow mapping and sculpting, hybrid dye application, brow lamination, and lash lifting.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail while upholding professionalism and integrity with every client interaction.
* Support the clinic's revenue through a competitive hourly rate and commission structure.
Qualifications
* Diploma, Certificate IV, or Degree in Beauty with a focus on dermal therapy.
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a premium or results‐focused clinic.
* Strong technical ability, advanced skin knowledge, and proven treatment protocols.
* Experience with laser therapy, precision brow mapping, hybrid dye, brow lamination, and lash lifting.
* A genuine passion for skin health, brow artistry, and long‐term client outcomes.
Roster & Lifestyle Benefits
Climate of work‐life balance:
* No Sundays or public holidays, and no early‐morning shifts.
* Late shifts start at midday (midday onward). Late start Monday‐Friday 10am.
* Full‐time: one late night per week (midday start) with Sunday and Monday off. Option for no weekend work.
* Part‐time: one to two late nights per week (midday start) with Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays off (subject to change).
* Casual: flexible scheduling with at least two consecutive days off.
* Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 10:00am–8:30pm; Friday 10:00am–5:00pm; Saturday 9:00am–4:00pm; closed Sundays.
