Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize our nationwide network of property managers and live-inventory databases to source suitable, cost-effective property options that meet the requirements of the policy holder and insurance carriers.
* Collaborate with insurance carriers to manage temporary accommodation throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
* Effectively manage workload to meet deadlines and contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the office and support continuous improvement initiatives.
