Responsibilities

* Develop business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders in the luxury home market.
* Pursue inbound leads to ensure timely handling.
* Execute the sales process from initial client contact to contract negotiation and project kick-off.
* Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.


Performance Metrics

* Sales performance vs quota.
* Weighted pipeline vs quota.
* Business development meetings quality and volume.
* Close rate %.
* Deals closed from inbound vs outbound activity.
* Timeliness of processing opportunities.
