Key Responsibilities:
* Manage properties with full support from an experienced assistant
* Oversee property operations, systems, and ensure compliance is up to date
* Assist with short-stay portfolios when needed
* Liaise with landlords and tenants focusing on service and retention
* Report to business partners and drive portfolio performance
Requirements:
* Full Real Estate License and ability to act as the OIEC
* Proven experience in residential portfolio and team management
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to handle pressure, prioritise, and lead with initiative
* Confidence using property management software and adapting to new systems
