We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, privately-owned business with a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, and childcare sectors in QLD and NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a dynamic head office team based on the Gold Coast.
You'll take ownership of a residential portfolio (23+ properties) while also supporting facilities management across multiple commercial sites and childcare centres. No two days are the same — this role offers variety, autonomy, and real potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of residential properties
* Inspections, leasing, arrears, maintenance, and tenancy management
* Overseeing contractor schedules and minor project works
* Supporting facilities management across multiple sites
* Coordinating insurance, bond claims, and compliance
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years in property management or facilities coordination
* QLD Real Estate Certificate or License
* Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation
* Great communicator with high attention to detail
* QLD Blue Card and NSW WWCC (or ability to obtain)
