Office Administrator
Based in Sydney you will be reporting directly to our Office Manager supporting our team in running of the Australian and Asian Pacific regional Offices.
What we are looking for
· A person with a helpful attitude who enjoys a team environment
· Tech savvy & competent with Microsoft office products
· Organised and ambitious someone looking for an opportunity to develop their skills & get rewarded for their efforts
· Chinese language skills an advantage
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming guests and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering and directing inquiries and retrieving telephone messages.
* Organising travel arrangements for staff.
* Placing purchase orders and dealing with suppliers.
* Organising Freight and creating delivery documents.
