**Concrete Detailer/Remedial Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Detailer/Remedial Specialist to join our dynamic team and help ensure our concrete work meets the highest standards.
**Position Overview**
The Concrete Detailer/Remedial Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing and finishing concrete elements to the highest quality standards, ensuring durability, appearance, and function. This person will collaborate closely with our project teams to perform tasks like patching and grinding. This role requires attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining the quality that our clients expect.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform remedial work including surface patching and grinding.
Ensure all concrete details align with project specifications, structural requirements, and aesthetic standards.
Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Maintain high safety standards, following all WHS and company safety policies.
Provide technical guidance on concrete detailing and remediation methods to team members as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in concrete detailing, finishing, or remedial work within the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in various concrete repair and finishing techniques, including patching, grinding, and sealing. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment used in concrete remediation.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying defects and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in concrete repair or finishing are a plus.

**Job Type**: Subcontract
Pay: $29.95 - $52.74 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
