Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

The Role
We're seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our Perth team, delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of client sites. This is a mobile role, with a company-supplied vehicle, where you'll carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure client facilities remain safe, reliable, and well-presented.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in equipment
- Conduct maintenance on chillers, split systems, ventilation and filtration systems
- Inspect and maintain fridges, freezers, chilled water systems, and BMS
- Provide accurate documentation and updates in BGIS systems
- Work closely with Facilities Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with WHSE standards, legislation, and BGIS procedures
Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick - mandatory)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable)
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Current driver's licence (mandatory)
- Solid technical, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
