What You'll Be Doing
* Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
* Provide clear, helpful information and answer inquiries
* Assist with the Donor Care program – receiving donated goods and ensuring proper handling
* Assess donated items, determine suitability, and price them accurately according to guidelines
* Stock and display items on the sales floor, maintaining an organized presentation
* Assist with visual merchandising to enhance store appearance
* Maintain cleanliness of items, sales floor, and staff areas
* Follow waste‐management guidelines for sustainable practices
* Ensure safety for customers, visitors, and staff through consistent safe‐work practices
* Practice health and safety, caring for own health and that of others
Volunteers must be 15 years of age or older.
