Our client is on the hunt for their newest Superstar Site Supervisor for their Baulastrading company in Sydney's West
Must have extensive experience in steel fabrication, structural steel erection, and installing handrails and balustrades.
This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity across all projects, and you will deliver this through effective day-to-day management, strong personnel management, a steadfast focus on the delivery of quality products, and a passion for taking ownership in order to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
- Train, promote, and support site personnel, to deliver a strong working group who are appropriately trained and qualified to deliver the best outcomes

- Work alongside site team, lead by example
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
- Ensure project timelines, budget, and quality is achieved
- Assist with the development of detailed project schedules - showing resources, time, and equipment requirements
- Analyse project risks and propose solutions to issues encountered
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure project deliverables are achieved
- Acquire equipment and material. Monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, Australian Codes & Standards, and report issues
- Assist and liaise with Project Team and management
- Approve time sheets relevant to your projects to ensure accurate allocations
- Regularly report progress on each project and quickly communicate delays or concerns with Management
- Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Enforce safety rules through ongoing communication
- Ensure daily toolbox talks/huddles occur and are documented
