Key responsibilities
You'll own the territory - managing existing hospital and healthcare accounts while actively growing market share across a strong portfolio of endoscopy products and consumables.
* Sell & Service: Run structured call cycles across new and existing accounts, building lasting relationships with clinicians and procurement teams.
* Present & Quote: Identify customer needs, present tailored endoscopy solutions, prepare quotations, manage tenders, and coordinate installations.
* Train: Deliver product demonstrations and hands‐on end‐user training post‐installation.
* Know Your Market: Stay across public and private sector dynamics, competitor activity, and clinical trends.
* Report: Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts for management.

Your skills and experience
* Sales: Minimum 2 years' successful selling experience in a medical, healthcare, or scientific industry.
* Education: Tertiary qualifications in a medical, scientific, or related field.
* Drive: Strong results orientation with the ability to self‐manage, prioritise, and consistently hit targets.
* Relationships: Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
* Organisation: High attention to detail, strong time management, and sound business ethics.

* Experience: Direct experience in endoscopy, gastrointestinal, or capital medical equipment sales with existing hospital relationships.
