We're Divine Commercial Cleaning — a family-owned, values-driven business delivering exceptional commercial cleaning across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane since 2017. We serve medical centres, childcare facilities, gyms, professional offices, body corporate buildings and more. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who brings big-business expertise with a genuine, people-first approach.
About the role:This is a B2B sales role built around genuine relationships — not cold, transactional selling. You'll prospect, nurture and close new commercial cleaning contracts from Noosa to Caloundra, with some time building the Brisbane market. You'll manage your pipeline in our CRM system, support quoting, and ensure every new client feels well looked after from day one.
You'll start at 15 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am–2pm), growing to 25 hours Monday to Friday once you're settled in — school hours throughout, so you're always home in the afternoon.
During your probation period you'll work closely with the Director from the home office in Birtinya, then transition to working from home once probation is successfully completed.

What you'll be doing:
* Prospecting through cold calls, walk-ins and community networking across your territory
* Following up on warm and website enquiry leads — promptly and professionally
* Conducting site walkthroughs with cleaners on new jobs
* Building client rapport and maintaining strong, lasting relationships
* Managing your pipeline in our CRM system — every interaction logged, every follow-up set
* Conducting client reviews and quality check-ins to keep clients happy long-term
* Coordinating with our Operations Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
* Identifying upsell opportunities across our full range of add-on services
What we're looking for:
• Proven B2B sales or relationship management experience — you know how to open doors and close deals
• Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience
• A background in a corporate or large-organisation environment is highly regarded
• A genuine love of people and building lasting relationships (non-negotiable)
• Confidence with outbound calls, walk-ins and in-person conversations
• Strong organisational skills and experience working within a CRM system is a must
• A current driver's licence — you'll be travelling across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane
• A professional home office setup for the work-from-home phase
