Job Overview
This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team providing supported playgroups, family and targeted support, and early childhood education to families with children under 8 years of age.
You will oversee our Women's Space in Labrador, providing women with opportunities for social connection, skill development, and practical assistance programs as well as volunteer-run initiatives.
This position is part of a strong and collaborative leadership team with various opportunities to be autonomous and lead on projects that meet funding outcomes.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities include:
* Leading a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality services to families with children under 8 years of age.
* Overseeing the Women's Space in Labrador, including managing programs and volunteers.
* Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement projects that meet funding outcomes.
* Building positive team culture and managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or qualification in Social Work, Human Services, or Social Welfare, or other relevant field.
* Demonstrated experience in coaching and leadership, with an approachable, transparent, and responsive style.
* Comprehensive management skills, including troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
* Sound understanding of integrated service delivery and ability to work with multiple disciplines.
* Excellent understanding of child protection issues and client vulnerabilities.
