What We’re Looking For In You
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)Genuine empathy that shines through your careStrong communication and leadership skillsA true team player who thrives on collaborationPassion for continuous learning and improvementWhole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)Excellent time management and tech skillsSharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
About The Role
Provide daily personal care and support to residents Keep accurate records and documentation Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
