* Manage litigation matters, with a focus on construction & contracts, disputes, varying proceedings in NSW.
* Client facing, takes control of all stages, including instructions and deals with pleadings, evidences, court appearances.
* Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including statements of claim, defence, affidavits, and briefs to counsel and experts
* Collaborate closely with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic, timely, and cost-effective dispute resolution

Pay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
