Position: Sales Executive - Legal Services
Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation + commission

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive - Legal Services to join our Brisbane team.

About the role:
This is primarily a sales role, which involves engaging with prospective clients, along with B2C and B2B, face to face, over the phone, online and when you have time - out on the road. You will collate all relevant data to ascertain the most suitable programs for your clients. You are a closer. But you are still consultative.
This role is focused on building relationships and maintaining client satisfaction, whilst ensuring you meet monthly MoS'/KPI's. Helping clients make their dreams come true, gives you that feel-good factor. Citizenship, moving abroad, refugee, partner visa's - so many amazing lives you are contributing to. All while having strong earning potential and learning a wealth of knowledge, from Lawyers and Directors, with over 20 years' experience.
Minimum requirements:
* Extensive experience in professional sales with a proven track record OR
* Experience as a migration lawyer/agent OR a background in insurance sales or insurance advisory roles (life, health, general or risk insurance), with demonstrated success in consultative, target-driven environments and the hunger to transition into legal services sales.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a multitude of different cultural backgrounds
* Highly motivated and driven, to meet and surpass both financial and non-financial "MOS" (measures of success)
* An ability to form and nurture strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to convert and hit monthly targets consistently
