Due to ongoing growth there are 2 vacancies for permanent positions as a **Customer Success Manager **working fully remotely. Your role is to manage the relationship and serve as a primary contact to a range of clients, acting as a project/implementation lead managing start to finish deliverables.
Day to day you will be working closely with Product to gather client requirements and relaying this information to other internal team members. You'll provide onboarding and training whilst ensuring retention and satisfaction levels are high. As the key point of contact you'll ensure project rollouts are well managed and effectively scheduled.
This role requires someone who has CX experience working with complex solutions, knowledge of software/implementation and ideally Pharma or digital health industry exposure.
You'll be fully versed in Atlassian product (JIRA & Confluence).
