About The Role
Full project ownership with a focus on programming.
Manage projects over $15 million AUD for commercial, industrial, or civil builders.
About The Projects
The client specializes in mixed industrial "Tilt ups" and structural steel manufacturing outlets, warehouses, storage facilities, and university upgrades.
They also handle repeat government work under GC21 contracts and DFAT.
Ideal candidates have a portfolio with Australian recognized contractors and at least 8 years of similar build project experience.
Police checks are required for relocation.
Duties
Preparing programmes, forecasting, budgets, costing, and financial reporting.
Adherence to BCA standards, site inspections, and testing.
Daily and monthly reporting.
Health, safety, and environment.
Subcontractor inductions.
Client care and onsite issue management.
Managing deadlines, contracts, and timeframes.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience on similar projects, ideally with Tier 1, 2, or 3 builders.
Professional delivery of commercial and industrial projects end to end.
Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of construction, steel, precast, and building codes.
On-site construction experience and commitment to safety and quality.
Multi-project planning and coordination.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with site managers, sub-contractors, and contract administrators.
Budget management and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across NSW.
Proficiency with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint; Procore or similar an advantage.
High motivation, ambition, leadership drive, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and Microsoft Project skills.
