Relationship Manager Position Available
A leading provider of in-home care seeks dedicated and experienced Relationship Managers for a permanent full-time position. This role involves:
* Generating new revenue through meetings with prospective referrals
* Increasing conversion and revenue from multiple channels
* Serving as the primary contact for referral sources
* Maintaining professional relationships with referrals and clients
* Coordinating with stakeholders to complete service agreements, manage budgets, and oversee services
Responsibilities will include representing the brand, possessing thorough knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other funded programs.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, account management, or client engagement
* Excellent customer service skills and experience managing ongoing client relationships
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and credibility
* A positive, proactive attitude and ownership of responsibilities
