The Role: Working collaboratively with the Head Coach, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
