Senior Manager at Hays - Recruiting Specialist in Talent Acquisition and HR
Your new company
Our client is a Big 4 Bank who are consistently recognised as a great place to work. They are looking for an efficient and detail oriented recruitment coordinator to join their busy tech recruitment team. This is a 6 month temp assignment.
Your new role
* Working with a busy recruitment team, you will be responsible for scheduling a high volume of interviews across jam packed schedules
* You may be working across multiple time zones
* Working with senior stakeholders to deliver quick turnarounds, maximising candidate experience
You will need
* Experience in recruitment coordination in a large scale complex environment
* Valid work rights for at least 6 months
* You must be willing to undergo background checks
You will get
* A stable role for the next 6 months, with hybrid benefits (50% WFH)
* A daily rate of 360 per day + super
