About The Role
The DSS Level 2 Commercial Practitioner will support SIDB procurement and contract management activities across Defence Digital Group projects. The role contributes to administering procurements through the full lifecycle, supporting procurement documentation, maintaining records, and assisting program and project teams with commercial activities in accordance with Defence procurement policies and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support procurement activities through the full procurement lifecycle Assist in drafting procurement documentation (approvals, evaluation documentation, negotiation plans) Support vendor management and communication activities Capture procurement data and support periodic reporting Maintain compliant records and information management Provide commercial support to program and project teams Support knowledge transfer activities for Commonwealth staff
To Be Successful, You Will Need
Experience supporting procurement and contract management activities Ability to support compliant procurement processes in line with Defence policy and Commonwealth Procurement Rules Ability to work within program and project teams providing commercial support
