We're searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Jamison Hotel – the beating heart of our local community where pub classics meet plates locals can't get enough of.
Sitting tall on Smith Street in the heart of South Penrith is the Jamison Hotel. Serving locals and visitors since 1969, community is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we've been the local favourite for decades.
Our guests can catch up with family and friends in our spacious Bistro. Our menu has options to suit every taste from fresh seafood to steaks, pastas, salads and all the pub fare that you know and love.
If our guests are after a drink, they can stop into our Sports Bar and sample one of our many ice cold beers on tap, or look at our extensive wine, cider and spirits lists. No matter what the occasion, the Jamison Hotel is always the best place to be.
Salary
From $82,000 + superannuation + bonus scheme

Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You've got the experience, confidence, and pride to own the kitchen and make it shine.
* You've got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted.
