The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury short-term accommodation portfolio. This hands-on role is pivotal to ensuring properties are guest-ready, immaculately presented, and operating smoothly at all times.
You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing turnovers, maintaining service standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting business growth through efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across multiple luxury short-term accommodation properties
* Ensure all homes are guest-ready, well-maintained, and presented to premium standards
* Manage property turnarounds, inspections, and operational readiness
* Coordinate cleaning teams, linen and laundry services, and maintenance contractors
* Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays, including issue resolution and service recovery
* Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
* Support weekend operations, peak-period turnovers, and urgent operational requirements
* Manage amenities, consumables, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted guest stays
* Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and operational reporting
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational pressure on senior management
* Support business growth by enabling leadership to focus on onboarding new properties and expanding client relationships
About You
* Proven experience in hospitality, accommodation management, or short-term rental operations
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
* Excellent communication and guest-service skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Confident coordinating teams and external contractors
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of working independently
