Redpath Partners is partnering with a privately backed development group to appoint an experienced Development Manager to support the growth of their industrial platform.
This is a high-impact role working across a diverse pipeline of logistics and industrial developments, with a focus on complex sites, repositioning opportunities and greenfield projects. The business is known for taking on challenging projects and delivering high-quality outcomes, with a strong emphasis on long-term value and institutional-grade ESG performance.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, with a strong degree of autonomy and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing industrial development projects from acquisition through to delivery
* Leading due diligence, feasibility analysis and project structuring
* Driving planning, design development and approvals
* Managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
* Overseeing redevelopment and repositioning strategies across existing assets
* Delivering greenfield projects from inception through completion
About You
You are an experienced Development Manager who has led and delivered projects end-to-end
You will bring:
* Minimum 6+ years' experience in development
* Proven track record delivering industrial or logistics projects from inception through to completion
* Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
* Experience across redevelopment, repositioning or greenfield developments
* Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and complex project variables
* A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership
