Roles and Responsibilities
Provideon-site clinical support to healthcare professionals during surgeries involvingC-Arm systems .
Conducttraining sessions and workshops for surgeons, radiographers, and OR staff to optimize system usage.
Offerproactive education and application training to healthcare providers using ourinstalled base (IB) .
Collaborate with internal teams toresolve customer inquiries and enhance product efficiency.
Ensurecustomer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
Stay updated onlatest clinical trends and technological advancements to enhance training quality
Required Qualifications
Preferably technical knowledge or experience in radiology, biomedical engineering, operating room technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment, preferably C-Arm or fluoroscopy systems .
Excellent communication and training skills to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
Ability to work in a surgical environment, providing real-time support during procedures.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction .
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Those who can work on acquiring product knowledge and disease-related knowledge
