About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the central communication point between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily schedules for HVAC technicians for planned and reactive maintenance jobs
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to organize bookings and update timelines
* Process work orders, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation
* Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
* Assist with invoicing, quoting, and reporting as needed
* Maintain communication with field technicians to manage priorities and availability
* Monitor service contracts and ensure SLA compliance
About You
* Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or Scheduler, preferably within HVAC, trades, or building services
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in job management software (e.g., SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar)
