Account Manager – Sports Sponsorship & Brand Activation

About the Role
You'll be the key Account Manager for one of our flagship clients, working closely with the Account Lead on all aspects of the brand's sports sponsorship, licensing and brand purpose programs.
Current major sponsorships include national sporting codes, with responsibilities spanning equipment and product provision, signage, precinct activations, and strategic partnerships with emerging formats.
You'll also play a pivotal role in rolling out a global brand purpose initiative, launched in **** to keep teens playing team sport.
In **** this will include partnerships with leading state sporting bodies, and grassroots recognition programs.
Plus, you'll help drive a new initiative via D2C channels and major retailers.
For other major clients, you'll manage sponsorships and oversee creative briefs delivered by TSE's in-house sports content studio, producing standout work for brands, codes and athletes.
What We're Looking For
An established AM with a minimum of 2 years agency experience
Creative, service-driven professional with strong team skills
Someone who loves going above and beyond for clients, but also understands the importance of looking after the team
Commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about sport and brand storytelling
