Role Overview
We are seeking an Influencer Partnership Executive to lead our influencer and partnership strategy across multiple brands.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns, strong network of influencer contacts, and deep knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve influencer and gifting strategy across multiple brands.
* Define campaign goals, budgets, and KPIs for activations and long-term partnerships.
* Manage influencer/partnership budget with ability to scale spend based on results.
* Build seasonal influencer and partnership roadmaps aligned to marketing milestones.
* Implement and manage affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.

Requirements
* 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry .
* Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns across different audience segments.
* Strong network of influencer contacts and understanding of the creator landscape.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns across brands simultaneously.
