A rapidly growing Not for Profit organisation focused on Aboriginal Cultural work is seeking an HR Manager to support their growth and people matters. This organisation has a diverse and expansive workforce and requires an HR Manager to upskill and support its Managers.

- Supporting Managers with all people matters
- Coach Managers on how to handle performance
- Work on Professional Development programs
- Support return to work conversations
- Review process and policy
**What you'll need to succeed**
Expert knowledge in HR generalist practices and procedures as well as keeping up to date with current law and best practice HR. You will have experience with performance management, employee relations, reviewing policy and upskilling Managers to manage their own people matters. Truly ready to hit the ground running, you'll dive in to this new role and take control of day to day HR.
**What you'll get in return**
A temporary HR Manager role paying $70ph + super, flexible depending on experience. You will be able to work from home and the office which has free on-site parking. This role is expected to be needed for 8 weeks, it may extend. You will work on some exciting HR projects and support Managers develop their leadership skills.
